An adaptive, fuel-flexible, Smart Combustion, high-efficiency engine tech based on ‘RVCR’ mechanism – for the clean mobility era.
Traditional IC engines, even with a century of refinements, are inherently limited by fixed compression ratios and rigid crankshaft dynamics. This compromises fuel efficiency, emissions, and adaptability — especially in hybrid systems and variable load operations.
With the global push for decarbonization, current engine architectures struggle to meet the dual mandate of performance and emissions compliance.
Compact, balanced, and vibration-minimized design
Runs efficiently on petrol, diesel, ethanol, synthetic fuels
Functionality In-built dynamic control without external actuators
Compact design with superior torque-to-weight ratio
Complete burn cycles enabled by adaptive compression
The RVCR IC engine is ideal for medium-duty and heavy-duty applications where efficiency, durability, and emissions control are critical.
The RVCR engine introduces a radical departure from piston-crank systems. Its toroidal chamber geometry and rotary-variable compression mechanism allow real-time modulation of compression and torque transfer, making it inherently adaptive.
Simulation, hardware prototyping, and bench testing are underway to demonstrate scalability and industrial readiness.
