Introducing
RVCR concept based Compressors
The concept Technology
Double acting rotary Compressors
We are open to joint projects for developing RVCR tech based fluid handling applications. RVCR further enables real-time metering and inline fluid segregartion. (Compressors; Pumps, Metering cum dosing devices for idustrial, Agro and Bio Medical applications; Sludge Dewatering, etc.)
RVCR superior charecteristics over current positive displacement/ rotary dynamics machines. The uniqueness over and above the advantages of compactness and efficency is about the large fluid handling volume at for (wide range of pressures) at slow speed

Why RVCR Compressors ?
The Principle
RVCR wind Motor configuration converts higher wind velocities at elevated levels into low pressure communicated through a wind stack to higher air pressure at ground level (‘near zero air velocities) and utilizes RVCR wind motor (Prime Mover) at lower end of the stack to tap into the flow in the rising column of air for power generation. This is made possible due to key attributes of RVCR methodology in simplifying the means to achieve a ‘Rotary Positive Displacement Mechanism’.
The Impact
A source of round the clock, self-sufficing economic power generation unit at proximity, eliminates the extremely demanding energy concerns of populace in general that provides for independence towards tapping the enormous opportunities available locally, leading to a continual upgrading cycle of improved standard of living.
Unique capabilities
- Power unit installation on ground
- No open rotating blades
- Quieter operation, no bird hazards
- Gyroscopic couple eliminated
- City building embedded installation
- No lock-down during storm force wind
- RPM control by air-flow bypass
- Torque control by vane displacement
- No yaw gear
- No synchronous gearbox

the commercial
RVCR wind motors for
tapping climate energy without using rotating blade turbines.
Our RVCR wind motors project is aimed at creating newer markets of highly efficient ‘City-based’; ‘Off and On-shore’ wind power units. A 1st of its kind to be based on positive displacement mechanism. RVCR wind motors enables tapping of rough weather winds (when turbines collapse) thus initiating the advent of ‘Climate energy power systems’.
RVCR affects multi-fold increase in ‘Energy Capture Factor’, cuts installation and operational costs. The project is selected by Global entrepreneurship program of the UK dept of International trade to base its business operations in UK.

The project operations
Electric Motors
Coaxial flux flow motors
An evolutionary leap in electromagnetic force conversion.
For nearly 200 years now electrical motors are based on rotary (cylindrical stator supported rotor) mechanism. RVCR simplifies conversion of electromagnetic energy into torque whilst enhancing efficiency and miniaturization. It improves efficacy of torque conversion and enables easy intricate control of time and intensity of electromagnetic force for outputting wide range of torque output.
RVCR motor have the compactness of axial motors, but flux is not tangential to rotor motion, rather along the rotational axis. The project is in early stage.
